Why it works?

I see coaching like a driving instructor. You don’t need me for the rest of your life, but for different phases of training and dieting you do need me. For me, I have a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu coach, a powerlifting coach and a nutritionist and dietician

Coaching takes the guess work away from your training and nutrition. This allows you to focus on the work with peace of mind that you are moving in the right direction.

In person, Personal Training is an expensive business, I can charge for a 30 minute session $75AUD, for an hour I can charge $140 AUD.

Most people can’t afford 3-4 hours of coaching a week at that price point But most people can afford the price of Accountability 90, at $60 a week. This provides a much more cost effective solution for clients, and ensures you get everything you need to get the results that you want.

MY NAME IS Dan

I am a Personal Trainer and coach, helping people just like you around to transform your physique and build confidence in your body and with your relationship with food.

At the age of 25, I found myself stuck behind a desk, overwhelmed, under-stimulated, overweight and quite frankly a shell of the person I wanted to be.

I used to be a former athlete and in the best shape of my life, but as life took off, chasing the corporate ladder, I completely let myself go. I didn't like the person I was becoming. As my hairline got further and further back, and my love handles grew more and more, I knew it was time I needed to make a change. I knew what I should've been doing but I was being a complete lazy fucker, and neglecting my health and my training.

I decided to make a change, and within 3 years I have coached people all over the world, completed triathlons, competed Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, built a body and physique I can respect, and have hit PB's in all of my weight room lift.

I've helped dozens of people just like you do the same.

The goal here is to strive for better habits in the weight room, with your nutrition and within your daily life. The meal plan and nutrition guidance is specialized to your personal goals and will enable you to lose body fat, and maintain muscle mass so you can start to be proud of your physique

In the weight room, we will ensure that you are setting performance targets to make sure you are building muscle, getting stronger and making sure that you aren't falling apart and getting injured.

1:1 calls with me - Your calls are at your discretion, you have me on your side whenever you need me. I will walk through your training program with you, your dieting protocols, your lifting form reviews, and am on hand to give you the motivation and coaching you need.

Yes, to make the package more affordable, you can pay $60 USD a week.

Depending on your program and training regime, this answer will vary. But expewct 45 minutes to an hour per training session (maybe less) and then with dieting you could prep meals within 30 minutes.

Dan offers a 14 day money back guarantee, if there is anything you don’t like about this coaching program.

This is an enrolled 12 week coaching program, you will be expected to complete the coaching program and hit the 12 week minimum

Dan’s coaching is built around lifestyle management, all training and dieting sytems are built to ensure we avoid injury. Of course, injuries happen to everyone, if you require a medical suspension, this can be discussed with Dan
