Hi! My name is Dan

I am a Personal Trainer and coach, helping people just like you around to transform your physique and build confidence in your body and with your relationship with food.

At the age of 25, I found myself stuck behind a desk, overwhelmed, understimulated, overweight and quite frankly a shell of the person I wanted to be. I used to be a former athlete and in the best shape of my life, but as life took off, chasing the corporate ladder, I completely let myself go. I didn't like the person I was becoming. As my hairline got further and further back, and my love handles grew more and more, I knew it was time I needed to make a change. I knew what I should've been doing but I was being a complete lazy fucker, and neglecting my health and my training.

I decided to make a change, and within 3 years I have coached people all over the world, completed triathlons, competed Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, built a body and physique I can respect, and have hit PB's in all of my weight room lift.

I've helped dozens of people just like you do the same.

What is Accountability90?

Introduction

It's my 90 day 1:1 coaching academy. Where I give you tailor made systems, meal plans, nutrition guidance, training, 1:1 coaching calls with me, and group zoom calls with our community.

The Program

The goal here is to strive for better habits in the weight room, with your nutrition and within your daily life. The meal plan and nutrition guidance is specialized to your personal goals and will enable you to lose body fat, and maintain muscle mass so you can start to be proud of your physique.

Training Strategy

In the weight room, we will ensure that you are setting performance targets to make sure you are building muscle, getting stronger and making sure that you aren't falling apart and getting injured.

1:1 Coaching

1:1 calls with me - Your calls are at your discretion, you have me on your side whenever you need me. I will walk through your training program with you, your dieting protocols, your lifting form reviews, and am on hand to give you the motivation and coaching you need.

I see coaching like a driving instructor, you won't need me for the rest of your life, but you do need me at some point. I have a coach for Brazilian jiu jitsu, I have a coach for powerlifting. Coaching takes the guess work away from your training and nutrition, allows you to focus on the work with peach of mind that you are moving in the right direction.

In Person Personal Training is an expensive business, I can charge for a 30 minute session $75 AUD, for an hour I charge $140.

From the age of 10 I was never the "athletic" kid. All my friends were skinnier than me, theynhad abs, they were the cool kids, and I was definitely not that. In all honesty my diet was pretty horrific growing up which is why I was heavier than the majority of my peers. I could kick a ball, but my god I couldn't run to save my life.
It wasn't until I got recruited to play football in America on a football scholarship that I was introduced into the world of serious training. At the age of 19, I leaned out for the first time in my life. I was introduced into protein intake, sleep schedule, proper strength and conditioning workouts. Within 6 months my family flew out to visit me and they couldn't recognise me. I was in the best shape of my life.
As years went by and the idea of chasing a pro contract fell away, I turned to the business world where I wanted to gain respect by making money in Sales. In all honesty, I neglected all of my health, corporate dinners, travel all around the country, fast food lunches, so I could sit behind my desk longer. I didn't look good, and all the work I had put into my health at University quickly evaporated.
I was back to square one.. I knew the environment had to change and I had to make some life changes, because I wasn't in a good place physically or mentally, so I left that job, took 6 month to do the right things, and by January 2021 I was then devoted to teaching people all over the world what I know how to do. Take a bad situation, and make it into a good one. I know how to turn bad lifestyle choices into a lifestyle that can be fun, fulfilling and healthy.
For the last 3 years I've coached people all over the world online, in person to get into incredible shape.
